Turtle Shell is a family-owned business based in Naples that strives to bring peace of mind to there customers. Many of our neighbors leave in the summer, but problems can occur when a residence is left unattended for months at a time. Water leaks, broken windows, irrigation geysers, dead car batteries, power outages and more. You name it. Things happen.
But, with regular home and property inspections, we can help prevent small problems from turning into large disasters. And, it just feels good to know a neighbor is keeping an eye out for you.

We send out personalized inspection reports with pictures and automatic email notifications following each visit to keep you apprised of your home's condition and if anything requires further attention. Each report has a GPS stamp and timestamp so you know exactly when we visit your home.
In addition, we provide each of our clients with a preferred vendors list. Knowing which locally based contractors, plumbers, electricians, handymen and other tradesmen to hire is worth its weight in gold. In fact, we can schedule appointments with these service people for you, meet them at your home and follow-up on their work.

Joe has 20 years of experience in property management beginning his career with one of New York's largest property management companies. Joe has built trust from customers in residential properties, multi-family units, estates, hospitals, retirement homes, all types of commercial properties and many more. He's built a portfolio of over 200 properties and has managed over 25 employees in his tenure. Joe values all his clients which range from private companies & high net worth individuals to working class families.

The key strategic partner to Turtle Shell. Nicks' professional experience lies in the field of financial services with clients in the hedge fund and private equity industry. Having managed multiple businesses, Nick adds a unique perspective to property management as well as insights to future growth. He'll ensure that Turtle Shell and it's customers receive the highest quality service in the industry.

Chris is a member of the Management Team and contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices. Chris' professional experience lies in finance as well as audit for a top tier bank in NYC. At Turtle Shell he ensures successful adherence to the production schedule, ensures everyday activities run smoothly and sets parameters to judge how efficiently and effectively the organization is operating by reviewing and evaluating business procedures. Chris helps coordinate with the team on 3rd party vendor projects and manages deadlines for assignments.
