HOME WATCH

Verify that all doors and windows are properly secure to minimize chance of break-ins.
Check for evidence of water leaks or damage and check for visual signs of mold and mildew.
Visual inspection for signs of insects and or rodents.
Check that A/C is cooling and reset thermostat and humidistat settings if needed.
Inspect appliances
Run faucets, sink disposals, and flush toilets.
Check that main water valve is turned off after each inspection (unless otherwise requested by client).
Check electric panel for tripped breakers and make sure electric water heater breaker is turned off.
Visual inspection throughout property including lanai and garage.
Walk exterior perimeter of single-family homes to check pool condition, screening, signs of vandalism, etc.
Perform check on Internet, TV and Phone services
Homewatch Inspection Report completed during each homewatch inspection.
We send out reporting immediately to Client of any abnormalities found before we leave the property.

Meet any service provider at your property
Package and Mail pick up
Airport to and from transportation
Provide photographic or written confirmation of project status
Work with realtors to prepare your home for inspections
Check your property before or after a rental tenant arrives
Check your property before or after you or guests are in residence
Adjust temp of heat or air conditioning before arrivals
Change batteries in smoke detectors or carbon monoxide detectors and perform annual testing
Start & run vehicles, bring vehicles from storage to your home, bring to car wash etc.
Water plants inside or outside your home – great idea with new plantings
Check outdoor light bulbs
Turn on certain lights, interior and exterior for arrival
Check, reset and change locations of light timers
Meet insurance claim adjusters
Personal shopping services, Grocery shopping etc.
Take out and bring back in trash bins

Bringing in Furniture, Grills, Plants, and other valuables
Ensure all windows and sliding glass are properly shut and protected, including storm shutters.
We will thoroughly check that automated and hydraulic shutter systems are working and shut
Once the storm has passed and it is safe to return we will perform a check of both the exterior and interior of the home.
After the check if any damage has incurred, will submit a comprehensive report with pictures and recommendations.
To create a peace of mind while you are away we can watch over and monitor contractors and vendors, check their progress, and report back on the repairs.
